PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
There will be three (3) workshops, one (1) workshop conducted per month. These workshops will be an interesting mix of 40% theory, 40% case studies and exercises, plus 20% experiential sharing with successful entrepreneurs from the industry and relevant peer groups.

THE COACHES
RITAKAMAL SADIMAN has a career history spanning 30 years beginning in 1977 as a Teaching Assistant. He is currently a Principal Consultant of e2B Consulting Sdn Bhd and holds Directorships for a number of Technology based companies. Ritakamal has also spent the last 20 years in Senior Management positions in various companies and has been exposed to various Industries, such as E-Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering, Shipping, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Consulting and Animation.
DR NIK MARZUKI manages an animation company, VisualXtreme Sdn Bhd. He has been a facilitator and speaker in many MDeC and entrepreneurship programmes related to Creative Content. He has also been part of various Panels, such as UTM-MARA Technopreneur Development Programme, UTM City Campus (2009) , Industry Advisory Panel for Multimedia, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (2007-2009), Advisory Panel for Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara (2004-current), FINAS Animation Evaluation Panel for 3D Animation Film, Hang Tuah (2007) Industry (Multimedia) Advisory Panel for Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa, Selangor (2005 – current), National Advisory Panel for National Conference On Computer Graphics & Multimedia (CoGRAMM 2004) and UKM Academic (Multimedia) Advisory Panel for Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2007).
AZLAN PA’WAN brings 16-years of broad professional expertise in the areas of strategic communication, crisis and issues management/business continuity management, consumer marketing and corporate reputation positioning. A Mass Communication (with Public Relations major) graduate from the MARA University of Technology, he served Malaysia’s largest English newspaper as a writer and photographer for five years. He then embarked on a public relations career with Ogilvy PR before joining New York-based international consultancy Hill & Knowlton where he was responsible for strategising client positioning, creative product marketing, conduct media relations and manage crisis and issues.
DR AHMAD RAFI MOHAMED ESHAQ is currently the Deputy Rector of Academic Affairs, National Academy of Arts, Culture & Heritage (ASWARA), Ministry of Information, Communication & Culture, Malaysia. He is a well-known Consultant and Academician and has been involved in various aspects of the Creative Content Industry. His writings and researches have been presented internationally and his experiences add depth to the coaching and mentoring team.

e2B Consulting Sdn Bhd (e2B) was establish in the year 2000 led by Ritakamal Sadiman (an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience) providing ICT consultation and project management services. e2B was then registered with the Ministry of Finance as an ICT and Technology Consultant company. However, 2008 saw a new and exciting dawn for e2B, increasing its portfolio of services, e2B now offers Training services in addition to its core competencies.
